Add up the rest of your bill before you talk to anyone.
Beyond your monthly plan, you pay for the messages you send and any extras you switch on. AI messages are 10 cents each. Your first 10,000 emails are included, then emails cost $0.0039 each. Texts start at $9 a month for unlimited, using your own mobile number and an Android phone you supply. Contacts are unlimited at no charge. Usage comes off a small prepaid balance that tops itself up from your card, so it never builds into a surprise bill. All prices NZD and excludes GST.
There are three numbers, and only two of them come from us
- Your subscription. The monthly plan price, published on the pricing page along with setup.
- Your ad spend, on plans that include ads. You set the budget and pay Facebook and Google directly from your own account. Your ad account and budget stay yours, and we never hold your ad spend.
- Usage. The messages, emails, texts and calls the system sends and receives on your behalf. That is what this page covers, in full.

| Texts, pay as you go | No monthly fee, priced per text, and the rate depends on the country you are texting |

What this looks like on your bill
That month, itemised
Your plan and setup are the separate, larger number, on the pricing page. NZD, excludes GST.
Ad spend never appears on our invoice
What you might be charged that isn't priced yet
- Minutes on the AI Receptionist. The receptionist is $297 a month on its own, or $200 a month added to AI Complete. What happens if your call volume runs unusually high is not settled yet, so there is no per-minute rate published. Until there is, we agree any extra with you in writing first.
- Extra logins for your team. Every plan comes with logins for your team, and extra ones are sold in bundles of five. What a bundle costs depends on your plan, so there is no number to publish yet. As with the AI Receptionist, we agree it with you in writing before anything changes.
Going over doesn't stop your service
If you use more than your plan includes, the extra comes off your prepaid balance at the rates on this page, and the balance tops itself up from your card when it runs low. With a card on file, nothing stops mid-conversation and no customer is left without an answer. And there's no bill shock waiting, because the rates are the ones on this page.
On AI Complete, or the AI Sales Agent on its own:
Every enquiry answered in under 60 seconds, day or night. If we ever miss one, that month is free.
Applies to enquiries on your connected channels: text, email, web chat, social messages, and missed calls, which get a text back that starts the conversation. Measured from our message logs.
What owners ask before they add up the bill
-
10 cents a message. It is the one usage fee almost every customer sees, because it is what the AI uses to answer enquiries, follow up with people who have gone quiet, and send appointment reminders. There is no bundle to buy: you only pay for the messages the AI actually sends. All prices NZD and excludes GST.
-
Your first 10,000 emails are included with your plan, which covers ordinary follow-up and reminders comfortably. Beyond that they are $0.0039 each, so even 10,000 extra emails would come to $39. Your list is verified for you every three months at no charge, which keeps the emails landing in inboxes rather than spam folders.
-
Nothing switches off while there's a card on file. The extra comes off your prepaid balance at the rates published on this page, and the balance tops itself up automatically. We would rather send your customer the message and charge you 10 cents than stop mid-conversation to protect a limit. If your usage jumps for a reason that surprises you, tell us and we will look at it with you.
-
A small credit on your account that usage comes off as it happens. It tops itself up automatically from your card when it runs low, so you never have to think about it, and a busy month can never land on you as one large bill. It isn't an extra fee: you only ever pay for what you use, at the rates on this page.
-
Only if you use them. Texts are separate from AI messages and there are three ways to have them: $9 a month for unlimited texts on your own mobile number, within your provider's usage policy, where you supply an Android phone and a SIM with unlimited texts; $49 a month for a managed number that sends up to 500 texts a day; or no monthly fee and you pay per text, at a rate that depends on the country.
-
Three things, and all three get agreed with you in writing before they happen. A third AI agent beyond the two your plan includes is priced per agent. Extra logins for your team come in bundles of five, priced against your plan. And if your call volume on the AI Receptionist runs unusually high, we would talk to you about it rather than surprise you on an invoice.
-
Yes, and that is the point of this page. You can't judge whether something is worth it from a monthly price alone, so the small numbers are here too: add them up against your own enquiry volume before you speak to us. Publishing them also means we can't quietly change the answer depending on who is asking. The pricing page does the same for plans and setup.
